For years I have been a night person, always finding it hard to wake up early and get the day started. Of course staying up all night doing anything (work/fun) was never a problem.
Now the fact that I have been 12 hours jet lagged for the last ten years, having moved from India to USA ten years ago, may have some thing to do with this.
Then a much planned and anticipated 15 day trip to Italy, a third of a day's worth of jet lag, and I am up at 6:00am each morning ready to go!
Who knew jet lag can actually be good for you!
